Which ERPs does TaxLayer integrate with?

Native connectors for SoftOne (the deepest integration, including invoice and journal posting), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central and Finance & Operations) and Epsilon Pylon. Plus AADE myDATA, your bank, and the email, messaging and storage tools your team already uses.

Does TaxLayer push data both ways with my ERP?

Yes. Documents extracted in TaxLayer post into your ERP with the right VAT treatment, invoice series and GL routing. Suppliers, customers, chart-of-accounts and existing records sync the other way, so both systems stay in step without manual export.

What if my ERP isn’t on the supported list?

Talk to us. New connectors ship regularly, and TaxLayer’s connector framework supports custom integrations for any system reachable via API. Enterprise customers get dedicated connector development as part of onboarding.

How does the AADE myDATA integration work?

Each client’s AADE credentials are stored encrypted at the client level, and TaxLayer submits invoices, classifications and VAT data on their behalf — automatically, with a tamper-evident evidence log of every transmission, including the official invoice mark and transmission mark.

How often does TaxLayer sync?

Continuously. Email and ERP sync runs on a configurable schedule (typically every few minutes), webhook-driven sources push to TaxLayer instantly, and manual sync is one click away. You set the cadence; TaxLayer keeps systems aligned.

Can I configure different integration rules per client?

Yes. Automation rules attach to integrations, document types and individual clients — a long-term client can run on autopilot, a sensitive client can require human review, and your firm’s policy is encoded once for everyone to follow.

How is data secured between systems?

All credentials are AES-encrypted at rest. Calls to ERPs, AADE and email providers happen over TLS. Each organisation’s data is isolated at the database level — your integrations never touch another customer’s workspace.

Do I need an IT team to set up integrations?

No. Most integrations are connect-once with OAuth or a credentials form, and TaxLayer’s onboarding team will help with the ERP connection if needed. The hardest part is finding the password.
