Pricing questions

What does the €500 Review buy?

A written map of your firm's month and a plan: what to automate, in what order, what it costs, what it saves. Delivered in 10 business days, with a licensed accountant involved. It's yours whether or not you go ahead.

Is the Review credited?

In full, against any implementation project. Not against platform subscriptions.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

Keeping what we built running: monitoring, tuning, changes to your rules, and platform access for the automated workflows. New workflows are new projects.

How are documents metered — and how is that different from AI credits?

Implementation retainers include 500 documents a month; beyond that, €0.20 per document. AI credits are separate and apply to platform plans only.

Do I need a platform subscription as well as an implementation?

Not for the automated workflows — that access is in the retainer. If your team wants to work in the app themselves, that's a platform plan.

Are prices ex-VAT?

Yes. All prices exclude VAT.
